Disposal of Surplus Vehicles and Equipment

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Carnarvon advises that in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 the following surplus vehicles and equipment will be offered for sale by Tender.

All vehicles/equipment offered for sale by tender may be inspected from 8:00am to 12:00 midday on Thursday 6th, Tuesday 11th, Thursday 13th and Tuesday 18th May 2021 at the Shire of Carnarvon Works Depot located at 450 Robinson Street, Carnarvon (Cnr of Robinson Street and Boundary Road). Inspection Outside these hours is not permitted.

A submission can be made by returning "Part 2 - Offer Form" of the Tender Document and placed in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed with, "Tender 02/2021 - Disposal of Surplus Vehicles and Equipment."

Submissions must be received by 2pm Wed 19th May 2021. Any submission received after this deadline will not be accepted.

A Tender Box is provided at the Shire of Carnarvon Administration Office, 3 Francis Street, Carnarvon. Submissions can be sent through Post, Shire of Carnarvon, PO Box 459, Carnarvon, WA 6701.

Submissions received via emailed faxed will not be accepted.

The Shire is not bound to accept the highest Tender and Canvassing of Councillors and Council staff will result in disqualification.
