This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
All recommendations to be supported by evidence and consistent with digital content and user experience best practice.
Clear, communicable user needs that have been identified to design content around. These will be identified through:
Research insights from Primary research (1:1 interviews, user observation to complete web tasks) augmented by website analytics and related insights
Secondary research (could include best practice government websites)
Legal requirements where Austrade has to publish certain content
An annotated content model, content types and templates for user needs identified through research noting there is fundamental content that all government websites need to provide https://www.dta.gov.au/help-and-advice/guides-and-tools/requirements-australian-government-websites/common-website-elements
A mobile first IA (information architecture) based on research with recommendations to test. Information Architecture must be practical and align to the content Austrade produces. You may wish to conduct a content analysis to help you validate your IA.
Navigation models to refer audience to core content offerings on other digital properties such as https://export.business.gov.au/
Technical requirements for any complex content or features.
Ultimately at the end of this project we must have a work definition for a corporate Austrade website and the content that sits within it and an IA to deliver it.
