Loddon Shire Council Aquatic Facilities Management Contract - EOI

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking to appoint an organisation for the management of the outdoor aquatic facilities within the Shire.

The facilities include

• Mitiamo Swimming Pool (Seasonal Pool)
• Pyramid Hill Swimming Pool (Seasonal Pool)
• Boort Swimming Pool (Seasonal Pool)
• Wedderburn Swimming Pool (Seasonal Pool)
• Inglewood Swimming Pool (Seasonal Pool)

The anticipated Term is a period of three (3) years plus a two (2) year option.

The process of engaging a Contractor to perform the proposed Contract will be undertaken in two (2) stages.

Initially, Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Contractors that are interested in performing the Contract. Following the EOI process, the Principal may seek tenders from or some or all of the respondents to the EOI.
