To renovate two playing fields to a premium playing field standard, installing an automatic irrigation system along with a new storage tank and pump station, all ancillary equipment, new turfed playing surface underlain by imported soil media suitable to support the growth of turf. Maintenance is also required for a 12 week period as part of this tender.
