Tender Description
Tenders are invited from contractors with recent experience in the construction in recreation facilities for the demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new baseball practice facility located at the Wadsworth Baseball Field Practice Facility (located off Glenferrie Road Melways Ref. 59 D3), and carry out all associated works, between July 2021 and September 2021 in accordance with the Tender Documents.
Works include demolition of existing batting cages, fences and concrete footings/slab; Construction of new batting cages, bull pen, storage shed, fencing, paving kerb ramp and drainage as documented in architectural and civil engineering documentation; All lighting and structural works as required by the Contract.
