Tender Description
The City is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified firm to provide 'as required.
1. Client-side Project Manager services for specific projects;
2. (independent of the Project Manager) Superintendent of the construction contract for specific projects; and
3. As requested, development of Project Management process manuals and / or mentoring services.
Collectively these services will be provided by one firm (Consultant).
This contract is for 3 years with 2 x 12 months option to extend by the City.
