Tender Description
OneOneFive Hamilton Hill is set to establish an exciting new benchmark in sustainable development, with the first residential lots to be released in the coming months.
As part of its sustainability initiatives, DevelopmentWA is inviting suitably qualified builders to complete the attached Builder Commitment form, to pre-qualify for inclusion in the Stage 1 purchaser sales pack. The objective is to include a short list of builders who are committed to the design quality and sustainability criteria detailed in the DGs and LDP, as well as working with the OneOneFive project team and Estate Architect to support purchasers in achieving these outcomes.
