This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at R4 B2 F20. This work consists of early works for the construction of a new on-ramp to the M4 Motorway (westbound) from Erskine Park Road/Roper Road and upgrade of the existing intersection of Erskine Park Road and the M4 off-ramp. This is not an open tender. Participation in the tender process is restricted to the successful applicants from the Registration of Interest process previously conducted. A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10am on Monday 3 May 2021 via Microsoft Teams. All applicants must comply with the NSW Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), the NSW Government’s Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and NSW Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
