Tender Description
Lake Maintenance on behalf of the Department of Communities, Housing request Quotations for the following social housing refurbishment contracts.
- PW566 - GF Partial Upgrade of 9 properties in Boulder & Kalgoorlie (7* Boulder, 2* Kalgoorlie)
- PW571 - GF Partial Upgrade of 9 properties in Kalgoorlie (9* Kalgoorlie)
- PW572 - GF Partial Upgrade of 10 properties in Kalgoorlie (10* Kalgoorlie)

The scope of works for PW571 and PW572 involves the:
· Refurbishment of the Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry consisting of painting, tiling, replacement of cabinets and benches, plus upgrades to the electrical and plumbing systems.
- Refurbishment of the Dining/Lounge/Entry areas consisting of new floor coverings, painting, blinds, and security screens.
- Refurbishment of Bedroom’s consisting of floor coverings, painting, and blinds
The scope of works for PW566 includes the above plus the following:
- Passage refurbishments consisting of new floor coverings and painting
- Painting of Storeroom’s
Tenderers should note the following:
All properties will remain tenanted during the refurbishment works. The tenderer is not required to make allowance for alternative facilities cooking or bathroom facilities (for the tenant) during refurbishment. The tenderer should take this into consideration when preparing their submissions.
