Forbes Shire Council invites responses from parties who may be interested in securing a Licence Agreement over the second vendor site (Council is open to all possible opportunities and this is not limited to food) at Lions Park, Junction Street Forbes NSW.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) should be a complimentary business to the existing vendor.
Lions Park is located on the shore of Lake Forbes - a tranquil relaxing place where residents and visitors alike can meander along 4.8 kilometres of walk and cycle ways while enjoying the areas natural aquatic beauty and wildlife. Lions Park contains new children’s play equipment, beautiful green space and shaded areas and is a favourite spot for events and occasions. This section of the Lake is popular for canoeing and fishing. Not far away is a free water park for families which is accessible via Bandon Street.
Forbes Shire has abundant open green space and Council is committed to providing quality outdoor recreation and leisure opportunities to residents and visitors.
