Tender Description
The City of Tea Tree Gully (the Council) invites development proposals via a two-stage tender process (the Tender Process) to develop land owned by the Council at 13 Australia Avenue, Modbury (the Site). The Site is approximately 130 metres x 33 metres set within a public reserve (Australia Reserve) with a 10 metre frontage to Australia Avenue for access purposes. The Council invites proposals for a two storey, medium density residential development at the Site (the Australia Avenue Development Project or the Project.)
