Alfred Health is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers to improve its Budgeting and Forecasting capabilities, along with variance analysis reporting for actual results. For this purpose, the health service intends to procure a Budget and Forecasting cloud based system to facilitate the business requirements to budget and forecast for future periods and report against the results, as the actual financial results are posted in General Ledger (GL) - usually when the period closes.
Alfred Health is aiming to provide an integrated Budget and Forecasting which has the ability to provide automated transfer of datasets and files from GL and potentially Payroll to the new Budget and Forecast solution. The new solution must either be able to provide required Budget and Forecasting reporting and Monthly/Periodic Variance Analysis reporting or be able to be integrate output to a reporting tool such as Power BI or other integrated reporting solutions.
