Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers in the form of qualified Aquatic Engineers and Aquatic Contractors to prepare the required design documentation and execute the building work as a part of an overall Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Design and Construct (D&C) contract to deliver the proposed Water Play Area at Westside Water Park.

Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as two files only and in the following format:

- Non Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.

- Price Response Form: Excel

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a non-conforming offer. 

Tender Briefing
A briefing session will be held at Wetside Water Park, The Esplanade, Hervey Bay, Qld, Australia, 4655 on 5 May 2021 10:00 AM.
Notes: PPE Required – Boots, orange or yellow vest.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
