Tender Description
The purpose of the grant opportunity is to provide funding to ensure continuity of care for the provision of home care services in the Hervey Bay region in Queensland (QLD). The service provider will need to successfully relocate and fit-out new premises to ensure continuity of day respite and home care services to older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in the Hervey Bay region in QLD.
The objectives of the grant are:
- ensure continuity of home care services;
- fit-out new premises suitable for the delivery of aged care services; and
- to address the need for equipment purchases or repairs in emergency situations.
The intended outcome of the grant is to ensure continuity of care in the home to older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Hervey Bay.
