Overview of Services
(a) Fremantle Ports wishes to engage a Contractor to supply Grounds Maintenance Services across all Fremantle Ports sites.
(b) The Works or Services under Contract comprises delivery of Grounds Maintenance Services across all Fremantle Ports sites and all the associated Services under Contract as described in the Scope of Service, Schedule of Works, Technical Specification, drawings and maps supplied and any other item in the Annexures.
(c) The Contractor shall supply all materials, consumables, equipment, plant and labour necessary to execute the Works or Services under Contract.
