A1.
The purpose for this contract is to achieve successful migration of the existing 3G network to the 4G network while maintaining business continuity. Council currently has 110 primary controlled sites providing remote playing fields management, irrigation management control, amenities access control and pool pump control. This upgrade will enable Council to continue providing the current levels of service to the community.
A2. Scope
Council presently has 110 primary controllers located throughout the LGA. Out of the 110 sites 18 have already been upgraded to the 4G network leaving 92 to be migrated. Refer to 'Attachment A' for a comprehensive summary of each site and functions.
