Village Maintenance Contract

⁠⁠⁠Council (the Principal or the Council) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of the Works under Contract (WUC) detailed below:

Part Description

• Part A Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Yarraman
• Part B Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Ashley
• Part C Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Pallamallawa
• Part D Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Biniguy
• Part E Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the villages of Garah and Old Town Garah
• Part F Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Boomi
• Part G Mowing and other specified maintenance activities in respect of the village of Gurley

A Tenderer may submit a Response in respect of all Parts of the WUC described above (ie. Parts A; B; C; D; E; F and G).

In submitting a Response in respect of all Parts of the WUC described above, a Tenderer must provide:

(a) a Contract Lump Sum for all Parts together; and

(b) for each separate village, the rate applicable for the Tenderer to undertake a single occasion of mowing of that village satisfying the level of service detailed in the Activity Specifications.

OR

A Tenderer may submit a Response in respect of an individual Part of the WUC (ie. only Part A).

In submitting a Response in respect of a Part of the WUC described above, a Tenderer must provide:

(a) a Contract Lump Sum for that Part; and

(b) for the relevant village, the rate applicable for the Tenderer to undertake a single occasion of mowing of that village satisfying the level of service detailed in the Activity Specifications.

OR

A Tenderer may submit a Response in respect of more than one (1) Part of the WUC but not all Parts (ie. only Parts A and B).

In submitting a Response in respect of more than one (1) Part of the WUC described above but not all Parts, a Tenderer must provide:

(a) a Contract Lump Sum for all Parts for which a Tender is being provided; and

(b) for each separate village the subject of the Tender, the rate applicable for the Tenderer to undertake a single occasion of mowing of that village satisfying the level of service detailed in the Activity Specifications.
