Tender Description
The U.S. Consulate General, Melbourne is seeking proposals from suitably qualified vendors to provide the United States Consulate in Melbourne with multiple refurbishment, construction works covering the following:
Scope of Works
- Repaint all the 2nd floor of residence, including ceiling
- Refurbishment/Re-build of Master Walk-in Wardrobe
- Repairs to cracked perimeter brick fence
- Replacement of Wooden Shutter on outside of house
- Refinish of wood floors through house
- Refurbishment of 3 Bathrooms on 2nd Floor
- Replacement of Pool Fence
- Replacement of wastewater drain and boundary trap
- Disconnect Gas Cook top and remove 1 cabinet in Kitchen.
- Removal of Built-in Entertainment Unit and Painting on Ground Floor
