Tender Description
VicTrack would like to provide potential Tenderers with advance notice of the Construction Tender for our Community Use Program, which will be conducted at the following locations:
Harcourt Station Building, Newstead Goods Shed, Korumburra Station Building, Woomelang Station Building and Patchewollock will be issued as separate tenders and contracts.
The first tender package for Korumburra will be released to the market by May 2021, pending stakeholder approvals.
The tender includes works:
- Sewer works
- Electrical works
- Installation of water services
- Fit out of station building (for example flooring, air condition, kitchenette etc)
- Internal & external painting
VicTrack is seeking to award a single engagement based on an AS2124 Construct contract.
These documents will be accessible via the VicTrack Electronic Procurement System (ZYCUS) only. Suppliers will have to register for Zycus to access any and all VicTrack Tendered request for tender documentation

Avetta registration
Tenderers are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the tender submission for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
