Tender Description
Mornington Peninsula Shire invites experienced contractors/firms to tender for the restoration of the McCrae Lighthouse.
Works include:
1. To clean and paint whole of upper lighthouse capsule, repair glazing bars and make watertight.
2. To clean and repaint whole of lighthouse legs and stair tube, replace broken window glass in stair tube and to clean re-paint and caulk the metal architraves of all the windows.
3. Minor painting of exterior timber in lower entry building.
To be eligible for this contract, tenderers must have third party certification of their quality and environmental management systems.
