This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) leads the Information Services Division (ISD) and is responsible for the management and delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services across Australia and overseas for the department. The CIO develops the department’s ICT strategy, with ISD responsible for ICT systems and associated capability to deliver business outcomes for the department, working in conjunction with key ICT service providers.
The Client and Cyber Services Branch is responsible for supporting our client’s ICT needs and Cyber Security.
The Department is looking for a motivational individual to join our Cyber Security team to support engagement and management of business queries, provide cyber security related advise and project resource costing.
Experience with:
- Working with cyber security and/or infrastructure teams
- Working in a service desk and enquire management area
- Managing, updating and closing/escalating support tickets (ServiceNow)
- Regularly monthly and ad-hoc reporting
- Experience in IT with knowledge across ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to apply these to both technical and non-technical areas
- Sound interpersonal skills, with an ability to participate and contribute in a small team environment
- Training and education of end users
