Southern Rural Water (SRW) - SCADA Support Services

⁠⁠⁠Southern Rural Water (SRW) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified contractors to provide support for our ClearSCADA control and monitoring systems. We are looking appoint a preferred contractor for support services for our current network, and for programming of RTU's at a number of new sites to be installed over the contract period.

Scope:

• Programming of the ClearSCADA host, various RTUs, and site hardware/instrumentation.
• Troubleshooting and programming existing RTU's to identify and rectify faults (includes both onsite and remote servicing which may require afterhours work).
• Identifying and recommending system upgrades and improvements, to enable SRW to take advantage of changing technology and system functionality
• Recommending changes to system standards
• Implementation of improvements as approved by SRW
• Project works where new sites are implemented
• Support services as required, both during and after hours.

SRW systems consist of the following:

• ClearSCADA host system, with users over a range of sites
• Headworks network, consisting of RTU's at approximately 6 dam sites in Gippsland and western Melbourne. RTU's include Brodersen and Kingfisher hardware. Other associated hardware includes various touchscreens and site instrumentation.
• Werribee Irrigation District network, consisting of approximately 150 Kingfisher LP3 RTU's, including 4G modems.
