Tender Description
Western Victoria PHN seek a supplier who:
Will develop a digital platform that navigation to supports for those at risk of suicide and operates it for a trial period, that is available to the community of Ballarat, that is;
- free access to users of the platform
- support and services relevant to suicide
- relevant and meaningful information and resources
- includes information that is directly relevant to the Ballarat LGA accessible services and relates to it's residents
- reporting measurements for evaluation of project trial
- incorporates information that is relevant to all population cohorts and ages.
- is able to support other BSPPBT projects
- complies with Mindframe guidelines
- incorporate lived experience and codesign methods in the development of the platform
