SEEKING SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CONTRACTORS FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT RIVERMOUNT COLLEGE.

Expressions of Interest.

The proposed construction works include:

· Refurbishment, reconfiguration and expansion of an existing Home Economics kitchen to become a Hospitality Kitchen and training facility;
· Construction of new covered external areas and associated external works.

Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale, their ability to service this project, and details of their financial status.

Tenders will be invited during April 2021 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in June 2021 and completion by December 2021.
