Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) are invited from organisations / applicants with appropriate experience and capacity to provide BIM Consultancy Services for the AusHFG standard component (SC) reviews to occur between 1 July 2021 and 31 December 2022. During this time a full audit and clean-up of the AusHFG BIM Resources (Revit Model and dRofus Database) will also be conducted.
The BIM Consultant must:
• Possess expertise and proven experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) management, content creation and documentation processes and standards, with knowledge of specific health facility requirements and standards.
• Conduct the review process with a focus on innovation, sustainability and affordability
• Comply with all relevant Statutory Requirements, e.g. the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW).
Four types of reviews are required:
(a) Publication Reviews (management and editing of sets requiring some finalisation prior to publication);
(b) Full Review (management from commencement of the review process through to publication);
(c) Commencement Review (management of the commencement of review process): and(d) BIM Audit and AusHFG Model Clean-up.
