Tender Description
As part of the redevelopment of the Gunnedah Regional Saleyards, Gunnedah Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable businesses for the design of all roads within the site and intersection with the Kamilaroi Highway and civil works including a truck parking area and drainage.
This part of the overall Redevelopment is focused on preparation of Detailed Design for civil roadwork's and truck parking to enable construction, including: (a) bitumen sealing of existing internal roads and drainage, (b) interface with RMS on single site access/egress, (c) new bitumen sealed truck parking area including line marking, truck access/egress and drainage, (d) bitumen sealing loading points and existing truck turning area at south/eastern end of development including drainage, (e) sealed access/egress off the main internal road to the truck wash, (f) Sealed access/egress from main internal road to Administration Car Park including drainage.
Gunnedah Shire Council is inviting suitably qualified interested parties to provide an amount for the project and complete the formal Expression of Interest EOI application process.
