Supplier of Evaluation Services
DHSV on behalf of the Evaluation Governance Group (EGG - comprising representatives from DH, DET and DHSV), seeks a third-party supplier of evaluation services (tenderer) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the SDP in delivering its objective. The evaluation will run for 3 years (early 2021 to 2024). The tenderer is to assign a dedicated team to undertake the evaluation activities. The tenderer will work in partnership with DHSV’s Manager for the Centre for Value Based Health Care, Research and Evaluation, key stakeholders, and the SDP implementation team throughout the evaluation process to ensure the tasks are performed in accordance with the deliverables agreed between DHSV and the tenderer.
