Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced proponents for the fit out and operation of the former Northbridge Bowling Club - Warners Park, The Outpost, Northbridge, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the draft licence to the Conditions of Tendering.
Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained from free of charge.
Proponents shall be required to attend a mandatory inspection of the lower floor, former Northbridge Bowling Club, at 10am on Wednesday, 31st March 2021, with the Principle's Representative.
Proponents shall meet in the carpark of the former Northbridge Bowling Club, located at Outpost, Northbridge; Tenderers shall be then be escorted through the Northbridge Bowling Club.
Submissions from Proponents who have not inspected the site shall not be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted online OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer Tender for "Cafe Fit Out and Operation, former Northbridge Bowling Club"
and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067 so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Thursday 6th May 2021.
Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
