Council is calling for quotations from suitably qualified and licensed tradespeople for the following works:
Project: Provision of Concrete Slab and Installation of Shed
Location: Coonamble Riverside Holiday Park, Coonamble.
SCOPE OF WORKS:
- Please supply separate quotes for concrete slab and installation of shed
- Council to supply the shed on site.
- All tenders must view proposed site.
- Proposed site to be proof rolled before the levelling up of pad.
- Pad height to existing ground level.
- Concrete Slab to be 15m x 9m x 100mm, f82 mesh, 300x300mm thickened edge with trench mesh, plastic moisture barrier, 25mpa concrete.
- Shed to be installed as per supplier's plans and specification.
- Site must be left in a tidy and levelled state, with all rubbish to be taken off site.
- As part of Quotation please supply Certificates of Currency for Public Liability and Workers Compensation.
- As part of Quotation, please supply a start date and finish date
