Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: To establish a panel of providers for the Provision of Legal Services to the following participating Councils on an 'as required' basis for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2024 with provision for 2 x 12 month options as stated in Clause 2.3 of the Deed of Agreement:

  • Dungog Shire Council
  • Maitland City Council
  • MidCoast Council
  • Port Stephens Council (from 1 July 2022 - subject to acceptance of the panel by Council)
  • Upper Hunter Shire Council

This is a Panel Source Tender and Tenderers must comply with all the requirements of the specification and must satisfy Council's requested time frames.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline, 10.00 am Tuesday 20 April 2021. Submissions shall be via e-tendering site.
