Tender Description
Uralla Shire Council invites suitably qualified parties to submit quotes for the refurbishment of the lunchroom and amenities at the Uralla Depot in Uralla NSW.
Scope of works includes:
- Refurbishment of the two amenities facilities;
- New industrial vinyl in the lunchroom;
- New kitchen bench and hot water unit;
- Air conditioning unit;
- Painting.
Contractors may quote on the entire works or components of the works.
Inspection of the site with Council’s Manager of Development and Planning is required prior to quote submission. Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300.
Submitted quotes should:
- Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council, and
- Include a list of deliverables.
Please forward quotes to council@uralla.nsw.gov.au by 5 April 2021.
Works must be complete by 14 June 2021.
