Tender Description
This Tender calls for the extension of Dallas Drive and Goulburn Street and the construction of a new carpark and site infrastructure to service the Seabrook Masterplan development, as per the requirements outlined in the drawings and returnable schedules.
The development is located at Seabrook Reserve, Broadmeadows and will form part of a larger development comprising:
- New sports pavilion
- RLSCC site works and Rugby League pitches
- Open space and urban design works
The above works will be completed by others however coordination will be required with the nominated contractors for these works.
This document is to be read in conjunction with tender drawings and bill of quantities.
