Tender Description
Council requires a civil contractor to undertake works to mitigate flooding at Head Street and Horton Close, Brighton.
Council is not bound to accept any Offer, including the lowest priced, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Council or Staff shall disqualify the relevant Respondent.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal Competitive Bid will not be considered.
