Remediation Works – Sewage Pump Station R28, Portsmith and Sewage Pump Stations B2, Babinda

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake remediation works at the following two sewage pump stations:
- Sewage Pump Station R28, Cnr Hartley Street and Newell Street, Portsmith; and
- Sewage Pump Station B2, South Howard Kennedy Drive, Babinda.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close two days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Wednesday 14 April 2021. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.
Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
