Impounded Vehicle - Notice of Sale

⁠⁠⁠IMPOUNDED VEHICLE - NOTICE OF SALE.

Council impounded the following vehicle in accordance with Schedule 11 of the Local Government Act 1989:
· 2004 Silver Holden Sedan;
· Impounded on: 8 February 2021;
· Impounded from: Andersons Inlet Road, Bena.

As this vehicle has not been collected and relevant fees paid within 14 days of impoundment, the vehicle will now be offered for sale to the public.

Offers marked 'Abandoned Vehicle' and addressed to the Coordinator Local Laws, South Gippsland Shire Council, Private Bag 4 Leongatha VIC 3953 are hereby invited.

Offers close 23 March 2021 at 2.00pm and are to be delivered to Council's reception area on or befo the stated time and date. The vehicle can be view at the Council Depot on Yarragon Road, Leongath by appointment with the Local Laws team on
