The Embassy intends to hold site visits on Tuesday March 23rd, 2021 at 9am AEST. All prospective offerors are required to request registration/participation in the Site visit by sending an email addressed to CostanK@state.gov prior to 11am AEST March 22nd , 2021, providing the following information:
- Name(s) of one or two representatives.
- Company’s name.
- Contact telephone number(s) and email(s).
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Electronic offers will be submitted with “RFQ 19AS2021Q0019 - Network Infrastructure Installation" listed in the subject line to the following email address Costank@state.gov one day prior to the written proposal due date. No electronic proposals will be accepted after this time.
