The City of Melville is looking to engage a suitable contractor for the re-levelling of John Creaney Park located on Parry Ave in Bull Creek
The surveyed difference between high point (HP) and low point (LP) is about 2m which indicates considerable infill will be required. John Creaney is a former waste site.
The outcome required is to achieve a level of turf that enables the provision of future sporting activities. The following will be required;
- Levelling of approximately 2.3Ha of Turfed area
- Provision of clean sand
- Debris removal & Disposal
- Temporary fencing to be provided
- Laydown area including site office
The City will be responsible for;
- Re-turfing
- Amendments to existing Irrigation (HDME) system
