Tender Description
Western Bay of Plenty District Council (WBOPDC) provides a wide range of services and facilities and uses the Resident Survey to determine satisfaction levels of a selection of residents. The results are then used to prioritise improvement opportunities that are valued by the community.
Consequently we are seeking an experienced supplier that can deliver the Resident Survey in a professional manner and ensuring that outcomes are:
- Delivered on-time on a quarterly basis
- Robust method of undertaking the survey
- Presented with an eye catching, clear and concise report(s).
- Summarised via dashboards on a quarterly basis
