Expression of Interest - Head Contractor for Expansion Works St Luke's Catholic College, Marsden Park

⁠⁠⁠Catholic Education Diocese of Paramatta are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the above tender.

The expression will include the following:

• Three-storey general and specialised learning facility comprising of 12 classrooms, technology workshops, machine room, fabrication laboratories, art studios, science laboratories, preparation areas, learning commons, associated spaces including storage, withdrawal, breakout spaces and circulation.
• One-storey technology facility comprising three food technology rooms, preparation, servery, cafe and storage areas, student ameneties, covered outdoor learning, a greenhouse and associated circulation.
• Two-storey performance facility comprising of performance hall, practice rooms, learning spaces, covered outdoor learning, amenities, and associated spaces including storage and circulation.
• Playing field

Six contractors will be short-listed to participate in the tender, anticipated to commence in April 2021.

Assessment of EOI's will be based on the following criteria:

• Previous experience on projects of $30m-$50. project value.
• Previous experience in educational facilities.
• Previous experience in operational environments.

The following is required to be submitted with your Expression of Interest.

• Capability Statement addressing the above criteria
• Referees for previous relevant projects
• Current Project list and capacity
• CVs showing relevant experience within the business
• Insurances ($20m Public Liability, $10m Professional Indemnity)
• Evidence of Certified Safety Management System to AS/NZS4801:2001
• Evidence of Certified Environmental Management System to ISO 14001:2016
• Evidence of Certified Quality Management System to ISO-9001:2016
