Tender Description
Works includes the demolition of existing external masonry walls and construction of new lightweight external walls and making good existing structure.
All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender site inspection scheduled for Friday 19 March 2021 at 2:00PM at the Epping Memorial Hall located at 827 High Street, Epping Vic. Tenderers shall confirm their attendance by no later than 5:00PM on Thursday, 18 March 2021 via email at bob.milic@whittlesea.vic.gov.au detailing the contract number, company name and name(s) of attendees.
Tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-tender site inspection.
