Tender Description
Council currently has developed Stage 1 of the Sports and Recreation Precinct. Now that this is complete, FCRC intends to further develop the remaining area of the precinct. Since the first Master Plan (2013) was developed there have been incremental changes in requirements, partners and requisites within the proposed Stage 2. As such the need to commission a specialist consultant capable of undertaking all the necessary stakeholder engagement and develop the Stage 2 Master Plan with increased community acceptance.
Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as two files only and in the following format:
- Non Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.
- Price Response Form: Excel
Tenderers failing to comply with the above will be asked to re-vise their submissions and re-submit.
