M12 Motorway - ROI for Construction of M12 West and M12 Central

⁠⁠⁠M12 Motorway West-between between The Northern Road, Luddenham and approximately 250m East of Badgerys Creek and M12 Motorway Central-between approximately 500m west of South Creek and approximately 400m west of Duff Road.

Registration of Interest (ROI) are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at Category R5 for Roadworks, B4 for Bridgeworks and F150 for Financial Capacity to construct:

• M12 Motorway West between The Northern Road, Luddenham and approximately 250m East of Badgerys Creek;
• M12 Motorway Central between approximately 500m west of South Creek and approximately 400m west of Duff Road.

The works includes earthworks, drainage, pavement construction, utility relocations, ITS and bridge works.

The successful applicant will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this ROI. A shortlist of applicants will be then selected from this ROI process and invited to tender for work.

A ROI briefing will be held in Parramatta at 9:30 am on 18th March. Attendance is mandatory. Pre-registration for the briefing is required by 15th March. There will be a limit of four attendees per applicant.

Prospective applicants will need to complete, execute and return the Confidentiality Deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) and register for the briefing by 5pm on 15th March, prior to being given the passcode to access the ROI documents and prior to attending the ROI briefing.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).

By submitting an ROI for this project you will become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016.

It is a requirement for this project that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) at the time of entering into the contract for ‘building work’ for the Project and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the ‘building work’ is being carried out.
