Armadale City Centre Investment Framework and Project Plan

⁠⁠⁠The City of Armadale (Principal) requires a suitably qualified consultant to assist the City in identifying all the possible investment opportunities that would support the future development of the Armadale City Centre into a Strategic Metropolitan Centre supporting between 15,000 to 20,000 jobs. The Consultant will also prepare a Project Plan for the City which will outline the investment opportunities, constraints, stakeholder engagement, resourcing, investment priorities, advocacy opportunities and program for delivery over the short, medium and long term to achieve the ‘vision’ for the Armadale City Centre.
