Tender Description
The project objectives are to:
• Repair and re- upholster the balcony seating at the Springvale Town Hall;
• Improve safety and functionality of the balcony;
• Extend asset life of area;
• Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian regulations and codes
Scope of works
In Scope (Contractor works – to include but not limited to)
• To repair, re-upholstery and re-instate, existing seating.
• Confirm security of fixings to floor for all seat frames.
• Clear the whole works area of any excess materials, refuse, dust etc, and make ready for use, by the designated date.
