Tender Description
This Contract is for the Construction of paths, fencing, garden beds and grassed areas in The Pines Beach Entrance Reserve.
The main tasks involved in this Contract are:
- Site preparation
- Construction of 2m wide crusher dust path including concrete aprons at road connections.
- Construction of a pedestrian culvert swale crossing on the path alignment.
- Excavation and soil preparation for garden beds and tree pits.
- Minor earthworks to level out the grassed areas.
- Establishment of grassed areas as required.
- Alteration of the existing bollard and cable fence at reserve access locations.
