The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking registrations of interest from a main contractor to undertake cladding, roofing, window replacement and classroom upgrade works to Blocks 11 and 12 at Amuri Area School.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Full external reclad of Blocks 11 and 12
  • New window and door joinery
  • New roof
  • Replacement of fire stairs
  • Construction of a new internal wall
  • Consequential internal works
