MLHD is seeking quotations from private service providers to establish a service contract with an experienced and suitably qualified organisation to undertake chemical treatment of cooling towers, closed loop heating and chilled water system and town water mains legionella testing. This RFQ gives a general overview of the service requirements, the standards, codes of practice and compliance regarding servicing and checking all equipment. The service regimes shall, as the minimum requirements, comply with all statutory and legislative requirements in documentation, maintenance, treatment and testing of cooling towers, heating systems and chilled water systems as nominated within this document.
