Orange City Council is seeking a suitable Contractor for the design and construction of the underground Cellar Tank Upgrade at the Icely Road Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The existing cellar tank has extensive disintegration and reduced structural capacity of the concrete walls, due to its age, location and submerged operating conditions.
The Contractor is required to deliver an upgraded cellar tank, including the design and construction of a temporary cellar tank inside the existing to maintain day-to-day operations and design and construction of new concrete walls for the cellar tank, to allow it to remain operational in its existing location going forward.
