⁠⁠⁠This project involves refurbishment works to Building T0509 - Air Traffic Control Tower including replacement of Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) ceilings, vault doors, modification of doors, replacement of roofing, remediation and painting of existing windows, gutters, fascia, verandas, doors, soffits and walls, minor floor works, mechanical rectification works, electrical rectification works, fire rectification works and minor security works.
