Tender Description
The Department of Health and Human Services is planning to release up to 3 tenders for Building Surveying services across metropolitan and regional Victoria. This will be a selective tender and potential tender recipients will be selected from the Construction Supplier Register (CSR). Selected tenderers will need to have the capacity to service up to 64 individual development sites across the state at any one time, and be experienced in the delivery of similar residential projects. The services required include: Issuing the Building Permit to new dwellings (demolition not required), erform mandatory inspections - x4 (Four) per site, Issuing Occupancy Permit/Certificate of Final Inspection & Ensuring compliance with the Guidelines
